Dr. Valden, Dr. Stuckmann, the other doctor on the team, and all the staff are highly competent, friendly, and professional. They know exactly how to treat children with love and patience – but also adults, especially those who don't speak German perfectly. They make a real effort to communicate with understanding and warmth. The assistants are also incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. The practice is very flexible with scheduling appointments and takes patients' individual circumstances into account. „I had an appointment with Dr. Stuckmann today. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I politely mentioned that my pain persisted and asked if it might be possible to get an earlier appointment, the doctor reacted extremely angrily. He became loud and spoke in an inappropriate tone in front of other patients – which I found very disrespectful. In my opinion, such behavior does not meet the professional standards one should expect from a doctor. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this doctor.“

She was calm and understanding and gave me very good advice on where I needed to pay more attention. They don't try anything you don't want here. They explain all the available options, something I find truly fair and decent. No matter which option or solution you choose, the work is done cleanly, neatly, and very professionally, so you won't be made to feel bad or treated worse. I'm very satisfied and happy to have found someone who can take care of me and take away my anxiety. I'm staying :)“
